Arte na Garagem is a therapeutic work with groups of psychotics, schizophrenics, bipolars and their families. The proposal consists of acting as a therapeutic companion, based on the intervention in Gestalt-therapy, through artistic resources such as music, painting, dance, theater, clay. The project also aims to work with families, through groups or assistance in the form of therapeutic monitoring in homes if the patient is in an outbreak, trying to avoid as much as possible that he is hospitalized. The project is coordinated by Gestalt-therapists: Bárbara Lobo Koerich, Célia Mendes, Cristiane Peixoto, Luana Melo Buarque and Sônia Balster.
