This year the traditional Kids Dance de Multi Open Shopping Carnival there will be entertainment from the Ney Platt Band and a circus troupe. The free party, which starts at 15pm on Tuesday, February 13th, will be in the back parking lot of the development located on the Tavares River, in Florianópolis.
With a 46-year career and since 1980 participating in carnival bands, Ney Platt, who is a singer, saxophonist and flutist, together with his band, will perform classic marches, sambas and Carnival hits to liven up the event, which is a tradition in the southern region of Santa Catarina Island.
During the event, the circus troupe, which will have stilts and a hula hoop player in carnival costumes, will offer free activities such as artistic face painting with lots of glitter and magic, recreation and games.
MULTI Open Shopping, which is a pioneer in the region and completes six years in March this year, is located at Rodovia Dr. Antônio Luiz Moura Gonzaga, 3339, in the south of Santa Catarina Island.
