
The most famous gastronomy show in the country arrives in Florianópolis. The week has the proposal to popularize access to haute cuisine, with this year the theme Sabores do Brasil, in addition to the participation of seven restaurants in the city, including the Didge Steakhouse Pub, which will serve, during the dinner, as an option to entry Ostralian Salad; iceberg lettuce, red onion, cherry tomato, chestnut, yogurt and mint sauce with a trilogy of beer-cooked oysters, barbecue, spicy and aboriginal sauce, in addition to the toowoomba salad; American lettuce, purple lettuce, arugula, strawberry, orange, sesame and orange vinaigrette. As main course, two options: island pork ribs; traditional Australian pork ribs, barbecue sauce, leek cream surf potato stuffed with Blumenau sausage and Rib eye steak; featuring grilled rib fillet, jacket potato and mustard sauce. To close, how dessert: banana fritter; banana breaded in coconut milk tempura, cream ice cream and chocolate syrup and Pavlova; mix of seasonal fruits flambéed with rum, ice cream in macadamia crust and whipped cream.
