O Hippo Gourmet Experience brings a true gastronomic experience to Alameda Casa Rosa, on August 03th, XNUMX, 14:22 to XNUMX:XNUMX.
The program brings together tastings and presentations of more than 50 brands at a gastronomic fair, as well as classes-shows with renowned chefs and lectures.
On the main stage, there will be a talk with the Essential, from 14:30 pm to 15:30 pm and show class with a mixologist teaching how to create incredible drinks, from 16:17 to XNUMX:XNUMX.
There will also be a show class with the chef Vilmar Turnes, from 18pm to 19pm, and with the renowned French chef Claude Troigros, from 20pm until 21pm.
