This is the purpose of the book"Cleaning up the house in a sandstorm", by cellist musician and music producer Raphael Evangelista, which will be launched this Saturday afternoon (16), at Jazzinn Gastrobar, at Beiramar Shopping, in Florianópolis. Entitled to autograph session and raffle on social media Floripa Jazz Institute, which promotes the launch, the event will be from 14 pm to 18 pm.
Throughout the 22 chapters of the book, the book addresses topics such as staff recruitment, task delegation, organizational culture, storytelling, construction of the so-called MVPs (minimum viable product), market fit, continuous improvement, mindset creation and use of resources.
