The magic of Carnival and the joy of the revelers have a special place in Florianópolis. On Saturday, February 14th, starting at 18 PM, the first edition of the project “Highlight Floripa", organized by partners Abreu Junior and Tiago Rodrigues - at the forefront of Franz Cabaret - with cultural producer Louise Krieger. The event takes place at Hoepcke Square with free admission.
Created with the aim of reviving the fun of carnival dances, the program brings artists from Santa Catarina representing various genres of music, circus, and dance to the stage of Franz Cabaret. The festivities begin at 18 pm with a performance by the Fanfarra da Ponte. Following that, at 19 pm, singer Juliana Passos joins musician Luiz Meira to kick off the Carnival Ball.
Realce Floripa is a free, intense, and dance-filled outdoor performance event. Through original music and circus expressions, we bring the vibrant energy of very special artists from Santa Catarina to the central stage of Franz Cabaret (Carl Hoepcke Square). Everyone is welcome, in costume or however they feel comfortable. The important thing is to celebrate and let yourself be carried away by the playful and magical atmosphere to have fun and dance – say the organizers.
