The 6th edition of Transforma – Santa Catarina International Diversity Film Festival will take place from December 7 to 18 at CEART/UDESC, in Florianópolis. With a diverse program, the event will screen 82 national and international films, in addition to promoting panels, workshops, seminars and artistic presentations that celebrate LGBTQIAPN+ representation. The "Criativa" arts fair will take place on the weekends (December 7 and 8, 14 and 15).
The festival addresses themes such as sustainability, inclusion and social entrepreneurship, highlighting lectures, discussion groups and cultural presentations that connect audiences and artists. Produced by BAPHO Cultural and ADEH, it is the only LGBTQIAPN+ festival in operation in southern Brazil, with support from UDESC and funding from the Paulo Gustavo Law.
