'Bob Marley - One Love', a biopic that will cover the trajectory of the reggae icon, will be shown at the CineMaterna project in March at Continente Shopping. The session aimed at mothers and fathers with babies up to 18 months old will be held this Wednesday, 06th, at 14pm. The first ten people with babies to arrive at the box office to buy a ticket receive a free gift.
Adapted with reduced volume, air conditioning at a mild temperature, light lighting, and diaper changing tables and rubberized mats, the CineMaterna session guarantees comfort for mothers, fathers and their children during cinematic experiences. The films shown in the project are chosen through a survey, sent by email to mothers registered on the NGO CineMaterna website. Tickets can be purchased at the Continente Shopping box office.
This Wednesday, the film chosen was the biographical feature film that tells the story of Robert Nesta Marley OM, better known as Bob Marley, the great reggae icon. The film recalls the singer's important achievements for his country, as well as the difficulties that his family and acquaintances went through. Bob Marley became known for his preaching of peace, love and the Rastafari faith. With reggae, he crossed borders and the success was immense. But even though he was famous, violence in his country was a reality and it reached Marley and his wife (Lashana Lynch). After an attack, they leave the country, but the following year the iconic singer decides to return, for the people, to Jamaica.
