Gilberto Gerlach Cinema, in Integrated Culture Center (CIC), will host the screening of the feature film "My Father's Last Movie"which shows, in a poetic and intimate way, the work of filmmaker Penna Filho. Admission is free.

The film features testimonies from professionals from the three states where Penna worked, excerpts from some of his films, archive material and narration by Fabi Penna, daughter and director of the work, who revisits these places and “stitches” the narrative together. The documentary was made possible by the Santa Catarina Film Award from the Santa Catarina Culture Foundation (FCC) and produced by Penna Filho Produções, based in Florianópolis for 29 years.
