The course, given aboard the planckton sailboat, is aimed at sailors interested in acquiring or perfecting their skills for small trips or large crossings aboard a sailboat. They are addressed basic notions such as nomenclatures, aerodynamic theories, maneuvers and sail adjustment; cruising sailing basics, such as mooring, mooring and reading weather forecast graphs; navigation concepts, such as GPS, nautical charts and route planning; and safety at sea, such as travel planning, equipment, standards and techniques.
The family was formed aboard the planckton sailboat, a fast, modern, safe and comfortable cruising sailboat, now moored for a season in Saint Anthony of Lisbon. Fabio, Cecilia and their calf, Igor, are intended to transmit their knowledge through practice, with contents that value practical experience, and can also be done on board your own sailboat.Start: 02/06/2014 11:00
