The course lasts 4 months, 1 weekend per month, totaling 70 class hours. Includes tasting of 80 beer labels. At the end of the course, the professional is able to know and evaluate the different styles of beer based on their technical specifications and sensory analyses, interpret and guide the type of beer, efficiently execute the beer service and other beverages, prepare of drinks, organize stocks, etc.
