Taught by Professor Mário Oliveira, the in-person, hands-on course "Effects of Forgiveness for Self-Pacification" takes place in Florianópolis and includes forgiveness exercises and energetic and parapsychic techniques, totaling 18 hours.
It occurs in March 21st and 22nd No. Saturday at 09am and 19:30pm and Sunday from 09am to 17pm. at the Hotel Valerim (Florianópolis city center).
The course shows how forgiveness frees a person from past suffering and how it helps them live in the present and build a promising future with inner peace.
This course will cover the following topics:
- Identifying difficulties in forgiving and clinging to negative feelings such as irritation, hurt, resentment, touchiness, bitterness, hatred, and revenge—attitudes that generate much suffering.
- The harmful effects that a lack of forgiveness generates in people's lives, both emotionally, physically, and energetically.
- The possibility of reframing childhood traumas, overcoming their repercussions in adulthood.
- The recognition that karmic group recomposition inevitably involves forgiveness and mutual assistance.
Other topics covered in the course include understanding forgiveness, secondary gains from not forgiving, forgiveness versus revenge, reliving pain, ego defense mechanisms, childhood traumas in adults, the sense of guilt, the law of cause and effect, conscious evolution, the forgiver and the unforgiver, and the search for inner peace.
