
Many suggestions to enhance both special and everyday meals will be available for free in April at Cozinha Dona Helena, in Angeloni stores. The gastronomy course program offers specialties, tips and cooking secrets for those who want to learn something more to expand and embellish their menus. Registration is open for different courses with renowned professionals, who will teach you how to prepare many delicacies, ranging from traditional to different.
In Florianópolis, at Angeloni Capoeiras, the first course of the month will be on April 18th, with chef Julia Souza teaching recipes for dishes with pork; on the 23rd, chef Tyelle Wiggers teaches preparations with seasonal fruits: cooking with apples; and on the 30th, chef Renata Lorenzi teaches a class with Thai culinary delights.
At the Beira-Mar store, the program begins on April 16th, with chef Julia Souza, who will teach a class on the preparation of dishes with pork. On the 23rd it will be time for recipes for tiramisu and struddel desserts, with chef Camila Kutlesa; and on the 25th, chef Renata Lorenzi will teach the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine recipes.
The courses start at 19pm, ending at 21pm, and registration is done by donating one kilo of non-perishable food. The amount determined, as is customary at Angeloni, will be sent to charitable institutions.
To participate, you must register on the website www.angeloni.com.br/cozinha/cursos or directly at the store reception, and anyone who is not yet a member of Club Angeloni can join for free and immediately start enjoying the benefits offered.
Properly equipped for the gastronomic sector, Cozinha Dona Helena is a space specially created to enable customers to participate in courses, events, product launches and, with nutritionists and chefs, learn how to enjoy and handle food.
