A group of volunteers developed a project to connect professionals and students specializing in management and business to entrepreneurs affected by the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on their ventures. Non-profit, the project called SOS Cornered enables mentors and entrepreneurs to co-create solutions with the aim of adapting businesses to the new economic reality that is emerging.

With some mentors already registered, the group has open enrollment for more professionals who can donate a part of their time to the consultancies, which will be 100% online. To participate as a mentor, the professional must have knowledge in management and business. Mentor registration can be done by filling out a form on the website www.covidsolutions.com.br/sos-encurralados - accessing the registration tab and clicking on the “I want to be a mentor” button.

When registering, the entrepreneur looking for mentorship must also fill out a form on the same website and click on the “I am an entrepreneur” button. They are accepted from individual micro-entrepreneurs to professionals or entrepreneurs with employees.

5 - Prioritization and Monitoring in the Implementation of the Action Plan.
