The first stage of the Circuit takes place at the Gymnasium of the State Institute of Education and is open to students from various educational institutions in the capital. The dispute system will be in Swiss mode, that is, by means of consecutive points and not eliminatory, with 10-minute matches. The competition categories are divided between 6 to 8 years old, 9 to 11 years old, 12 to 14 years old and 15 to 17 years old. Medals will be distributed to the top 5 and trophies to the top 3 educational institutions and overall rankings.
