Yoga mat in the garden, a glass of wine in hand, and the night in downtown Florianópolis as a backdrop. On Friday, April 10th, Fit & Fun Club and Pátio Milano propose this unconventional combination in a gathering starting at 18:30 pm in the garden of Alameda Hercílio Luz. The evening is geared towards women and combines outdoor yoga practice, socializing, and moments of pleasure in a format that escapes the usual patterns of well-being.
The program begins with the opening of the space at dusk and continues with a yoga class led by teacher Teka Viana. After the practice, the evening also includes a sensory experience with the brand Ezzencial Aromas, a glass of wine offered by The Grape, and a selection of bites and canapés prepared by the brands Breadbox, Verità, and Sem Culpa Doceira. During the event, the public will also be able to view an exhibition of looks from the brands For Up Fit and Byba.
