Routine has changed a lot with the new coronavirus pandemic. But being at home is no reason for people to stay still and away from sport and physical activities. Therefore, Centauro invited the tennis player Marcelo Melo to participate in the initiative train at home, which is part of #UnsMovemOutros.
In this exclusive participation, Marcelo brings some exercise tips that can be done at home, helping to take care of the health of the body and mind. There are three videos showing that walls and ceilings are allies of the racket and the ball in everyday life, inviting everyone to move. The exercises can be checked on Centauro's Instagram (@centauroesporte).
Marcelo is in Florida (USA), maintaining physical and court training at Saddlebrook Tennis Resort in Tampa. The return of the circuit, in principle, is scheduled for the 13th of July. Since the stoppage due to Covid-19, following the cancellation of the Indian Wells Masters 1000 in early March, the rankings points are frozen. Melo and Polish partner Lukasz Kubot are sixth in the Race to London with 815 points. In the individual world doubles ranking, they are tied for fifth place, with 5.140 points.
