Registration is open for the Dance on Scene 2023. This year, the project reaches its fifth edition as one of the most important in promoting dance and audience formation in Florianópolis and consolidates Santa Catarina's vocation for this art. Entries for the event's Dance Show can be made until April 30 via the website www.dancaemcena.com.br.
The 5th Dança em Cena will be held from June 7th to 11th in the Capital. The plural programming includes exhibitions, artistic residency, professional training and shows by groups recognized inside and outside Brazil as guests. The entire program is free and will take place in four locations: Floripa Shopping, Ademir Rosa Theater (CIC), Cenarium Dance School and Council of Residents of Saco Grande (Comosg), in Florianópolis.
As in the 2022 edition, this year professional and amateur dancers or schools can choose the day of the presentation, with limited spaces for the five days of Show. Each school, group or dance company can submit up to five choreographies for each day of the Festival. The first subscribers have preference in choosing the day.
