Tastings, Sunset and the Vineyard Race are among the attractions

The grape harvest in Brazilian agriculture ends between the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. The grape harvest in Serra Catarinense marks one of the most anticipated periods of the year for the pioneering winery in high-altitude wines, Villa Francioni. For the 2025 harvest, the Harvest program will take place from March 6 to May 4, with a series of wine and food experiences, cultural events and outdoor activities.

Among the attractions for wine lovers, the vertical tasting of Villa Francioni's most emblematic labels will be held in March on the 7,8,14th, 28th, 15th and XNUMXth, at XNUMX pm, in the Cave – an exclusive space of the winery, built inside a rock to guarantee the ideal temperature for the wines.

Visitors can also take part in the Wine Safari, which takes place on Fridays in March and April at 10:30 am, offering a tour of the vineyards followed by a tasting. Another gastronomic experience will be the Brunch Casa do Lago, paired with sparkling wine, served on Saturdays from 10:30 am.

On March 15, the Villa Francioni Art Gallery will host the “Viticulture of Pico Island – Azores/Portugal” Photographic Exhibition by photographer, architect and visual programmer Joel Pacheco, opening at 15 pm. On Sunday morning (16), the third edition of the Corrida dos Vinhedos will take place, a traditional race through the winery’s vineyards, with male and female categories of 5km and 10km and kids. The start will be at 8 am, and registrations can be made on the website: eventos.rsf proeventos.com.br.

The program also includes special events to enjoy the sunset. On March 22, at 17 pm, there will be a Happy Hour with Jazz Serrano, with Alexandre Bueno Trio. On March 29, at the same time, the Sunset with Violin experience offers a moment of contemplation to the sound of Suiani Elinis' instrument.
