The free Corpo em Movimento event promotes stretching and flexibility activities, functional training and circus art on August 17th and 18th, from 15pm to 18pm.

It takes place in the Itaguaçu Kids space, on Floor L2, of Shopping Itaguaçu, in Barreiros, São José, in Greater Florianópolis.

The classes encourage parents and children to practice physical activities, showing the importance of sport, healthy habits and health.

Children aged 4 and over can participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Each class will last 50 minutes and will be taught by teachers from Corpore Esportes e Dança, a company that promotes dance, art and sport in Greater Florianópolis.

On Saturday, the program starts at 15pm with a functional class, circus art, at 16pm; and stretching and flexibility, at 17pm.

The program is repeated on Sunday, with the exception that there will be circus art at 17pm.

Leisure, fun, family integration, well-being, as well as quality of life, entertainment, education and art can be found in the event.
