The Property Festival is a real estate event, which takes place at MundoCar Mais Shopping, in São José, on the 13th, 14th and 15th of September. Entry is free.

The diversification of financing options is one of the highlights of the festival, which appears as the perfect opportunity for those who wish to acquire a property with special conditions.

During the event, different types of financing will be presented, suitable for different buyer profiles.

Furthermore, it will bring different conditions for those looking for popular properties or intending to use FGTS resources.

Caixa, one of the main financial institutions in Brazil, will be present, offering personalized consultancy to guide interested parties in choosing the best form of financing. 

In addition to financing options, the festival will feature a vast exhibition of properties of different types and price ranges, from apartments and houses in gated communities to commercial properties and land.

The Property Festival will have 55 stands, lectures and a kids space. Organized by 2Coeli Eventos and sponsored by Beco Castelo with the support of Caixa Econômica and Sinduscon, there will be a draw for an electric scooter among visitors.
