The Valentine's Day dinner, on June 12th, will be even more special at Selina Floripa, located in Praia Mole, in Florianópolis.
Scheduled to take place from 18pm until 22:30pm, starter options include: salad with walnuts and shrimp in yogurt sauce, ham bruschetta with melon, white bean pâté and focaccia.
In addition, the main course will be delicious sea bass with aromatic herbs and parmesan crust, as well as Sicilian lemon and strawberry risotto.
Also part of the menu: steak ojo with stout sauce and jamón iberico crisp on a bed of baroa aligot; risotto with cabotiá coulis, ora-pro nobis and crunchy chickpeas.
The desserts to sweeten the night are: classic tiramisu; French toast with pistachio cream; vegan panacotta with blackberry sauce.
To make the night even more romantic, singer Arthur Prestes brings a varied repertoire live.
