The 23rd Maria de Lourdes Tancredo Stroganoff Festival takes place on August 28th, at 20:30 pm, at Lira Tênis Clube, in the center of Florianópolis. More than 50 cooks bring more than 30 flavors of the most varied types, such as rump. cockles, shrimp, salmon, squid and champignons.

In addition, lamb stroganoff with pine nuts, ribs, chicken, dried meat with pine nuts, sausage, seafood, beef and pork mignon, as well as oysters, fish in coconut milk, pork loin, will be part of the gastronomic tour.

The menu also includes cuisine from other cultures, such as babaganush and hummus (Arabic), hackepeter (German), seafood paella (Spanish), breads and spreads (Italian), as well as cheese breads and biscuits (Brazilian).

To sweeten the event, there will be desserts such as traditional sweets, but they will be sold separately.

To liven up the night, in addition to gastronomy, there will be lots of music with samba de gafieira performances by dancers Chames Gariba and Pierri Andrade, as well as a dance by the band Stage 10.

The charity event will be aimed at Associação Lar Recanto do Carinho and Casa Lar Semente Viva, which shelter children and teenagers at risk.

In addition, it will be allocated to the Associação Fraternidade Santo Ivo, which develops social works with churches.
