'Spontaneous Link' exhibition debuts at Itaguaçu + Arte gallery

Starting on February 4th, the Itaguaçu + Arte gallery, at Shopping Itaguaçu, will present the exhibition "Elo Espontâneo" by artist Ricardo Wittmann. The exhibition, which runs until March 7th, brings together 19 works that reflect the artist's experience as the father of an autistic teenager, addressing with sensitivity and depth the complexity and beauty of the autistic spectrum.

The exhibition invites the public to delve into a universe of emotions, narratives and connections. With drawings made on paper and using techniques such as pencil, Ricardo Wittmann conveys the nuances of atypical fatherhood and the journey of acceptance and unconditional love. Symbolic elements, such as the puzzle, appear in all the pieces, representing the uniqueness of autism and the search for understanding and inclusion.

The works were created throughout 2023, a year of remarkable transformations in the lives of the artist and his son, Dudu. "Elo Espontâneo" is more than an exhibition; it is a celebration of diversity and neurodiversity, promoting dialogue between art and the human experience.
