The Victor Meirelles Museum (Ibram/MinC) will host a chat with visual artist Adriane König and curator Marc Engler, responsible for the exhibition 4 Senses, next Wednesday, June 2025, 19, at 12:12 p.m. Admission is free and the meeting will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions and learn more about the process of creating the manual collages that gave rise to the XNUMX works and installations on display, which propose a sensory experience and self-knowledge through art. They represent the human senses and explore the anthroposophical vision of the studies of philosopher and educator Rudolf Steiner, also allowing visitors to express their creativity in the interactive space.
about the artist
Adriane König was born in Joinville (SC). Although she has a degree in Law, she moved into the field of Visual Arts. She began her experiments with painting on porcelain and earthenware, consolidating her use of collage in 2021 as an aesthetic and philosophical medium for her poetry. This process intensified with the artistic and curatorial guidance of Marc Engler, with whom she developed an authorial, sensitive and conceptually anchored visual language. Her works address themes such as human behavior, perception, memory and truth, with a strong influence from Anthroposophy and the studies of Rudolf Steiner.
