
The exhibition is based on the photographic records that the photographer Ambelle Schmidt did when he first set sail for Cape Town, South Africa. There, Ambelle was impressed by the natural beauties, the welcoming people and the peculiarities of the culture, however, she was marked by her contact with the Himba Tribe, a nomadic community that inhabits Namibia, a country close to South Africa and Angola. Himba tribe, inner journey It has nine color photographs, its opening coinciding with the commemoration of Traveler's Day. This was not the photographer, journalist and dancer's first trip to Africa, having already visited the continent five times. Visitation until 27/7.
