Cheeses made from cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, charcuterie, chocolates, specialty coffees, honey, wines, jams, breads and other artisanal products will be gathered this Saturday (12), from 9 am to 16 pm, at the 2nd edition of Cheese Market, on the mezzanine of Coqueiros Market. Entrance is free.
The fair brings together 14 brands from ten cities in Santa Catarina. In addition, the program will feature four premieres and the launch of Parmerino, a new cheese from Boca da Serra, in Águas Mornas, made with cow's and sheep's milk and matured for six months. The product won a gold medal at the Prêmio Queijo Brasil (Brazilian Cheese Awards).
Among the newcomers are Sítio Terra Santa, from Nova Trento, with goat milk products; Soul Cafés & Companhias, from Blumenau; Colônia de Ouro, from Major Gercino, with honeys and related products; and Glow Delícias Artesanais, from Florianópolis, with breads and other products.
