The most traditional Arraiá do Rio Tavares, in Florianópolis, will be on Saturday, June 22nd. From 15pm, with free entry, Arraiá at MULTI Open Shopping will offer a series of activities, with music, tradition and, of course, food typical of the São João festivities.
The party starts at 15pm with the performance of the Boi de Papama de Santo Antônio de Lisboa. The tradition of popular culture from the Island of SC will be presented in the front parking lot with the Boi de Mamão de Santo Antônio Folk Group, which was founded in 2011.
From 15:30 pm onwards it will be possible to play on the trampoline, fishing and the clown's mouth activity, the last two are paid and participants receive free gifts on the spot. At 16pm, an Arraiá-themed competition begins. Children, as well as adults, will be able to participate in free games such as: sack race, egg and spoon race, among others. Also at 16pm, the musical program begins under the command of DJ Veronica Kist.
The music starts at 19pm, with a performance by the trio Erva Rasteira. Musicians Henrique Soares (voice and zabumba), Gabriel de Bem (triangle and voice) and Marcelo Besen (accordion), will play hits by Alceu Valença, Dominguinhos, Zé Ramalho, Flávio José, among others. And during the band's participation, dance teacher Bel Revers will lead a forró and square dance performance, which will bring even more excitement to the boulevard.
For the 2024 edition of Arraiá do MULTI, the gastronomic operations, in addition to the traditional menus, have a variety of food options that are a hit during the June festivities. At the Botânico – Colheita Criativa stall it will be possible to find the not dog, with tofu protein, pine nuts and organic quentão, while Café Cultura will prepare different flavors of homemade cakes and at Du Jardim, macaron with dulce de leche filling and dulce de leche sugar-free kid.
The Gelato Di Panna stall will have popsicles, with paçoca-themed totems, peanuts, among other flavors. At Musume Sushi there will be quentão and paçoquinha. Ponta D'Agulha Costelaria will offer sweet peanuts, rice pudding, orange and corn cake, hot dogs and quentão.
At Porto Oliveira Gastronomia, the options will be cooked corn, pine nuts, sweet rice and canjiquinha. At Shaka Fresh and Green there will be pine nuts, hominy and quentão. Tudo em Grãos Floripa will have several typical food kits, such as peanuts, chestnuts, among others.
At the UNIKA Bar stall, sweet apples, various snacks and hot snacks will be offered. Completing the list is Viñeros Wine Bar, which will be serving pine nuts with suggestions.
Arraiá Warmth
To start the festivities in style, on Friday, the 21st, the date that marks the arrival of winter, musician Márcio Macedo will perform an acoustic voice and guitar show with great hits from MPB, Brasilidades and national and international Pop. The free performance on the MULTI square stage starts at 19pm. Before that, at 18:30 pm, the kids can have fun with the games and fun activities at the children's club.
