Well-being with Them promotes a morning of yoga, connection, and outdoor socializing.

Fit & Fun Club and Pátio Milano will hold, on Saturday (24), Bem-estar com Elas - FLOW Yoga Edition, a morning dedicated to self-care, connection between women and integral well-being, in the garden of Casa Milano Hercílio Luz, in the Center. The program starts at 7:30 am and includes yoga practice, socializing and tasting with partner brands.

The purpose of the gathering goes beyond physical activity and stems from the desire to create spaces for exchange and support. “Taking care of your physical health is important, but the Fit & Fun Club exists primarily because of the power of connections. The idea is that this morning will be a space for movement, exchange, and connection, where each woman can look at herself, recognize herself in other women, and leave feeling that she is not alone,” says Gabi Kuckoski, founder of the Fit & Fun Club.

The yoga practice will be led by teacher Teka Vianna and will take place in the garden of Casa Milano, creating a contrast between nature and the city. For Gabi, practicing in the garden “creates a lighter and more welcoming environment, perfect for slowing down, talking, and experiencing the encounter with more presence.” After the class, participants will enjoy a social gathering with tastings from partner brands, as well as giveaways and photographic coverage.

For Paty Alves, marketing manager at Pátio Milano, the event reinforces the space's mission of integrating well-being, experiences, and urban life. "Promoting an event like 'Well-being with Them,' in an open-air environment in the heart of the city, is a way to encourage mindful pauses, real connections, and new ways of experiencing the city center," she emphasizes.
