
The Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil, which celebrates 25 years of history and excellence in training dancers, comes to Florianópolis for an unprecedented show, uniting two great arts: dance and music. On April 27 (Sunday), at 18 pm, at North Seaside Trapiche, the show "Arte na Beira-Mar" takes place, a free presentation which promises to thrill the audience with the fusion between the magic of ballet and the musicality of Camerata Florianópolis. The performance also marks World Dance Day, which is celebrated on April 29.
For this event, a stage will be built on the seafront, providing an unforgettable artistic experience for the audience. With the participation of approximately 50 musicians from the Camerata, under the baton of maestro Jeferson Della Rocca, and a cast of 70 dancers from the Bolshoi School. The show will feature excerpts from major repertoire ballets, such as "The Nutcracker", "Swan Lake", "Cinderella" and "Sleeping Beauty", as well as contemporary pieces that dialogue with classical and current music, accompanied live by works by immortal composers such as Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninoff and Philip Glass.
