The Clinical Institute of Lacanian-Oriented Psychoanalysis of Santa Catarina is holding a debate based on the film "Run, Lola, Run", this Saturday, July 05th, at 16:30 pm.
The "Cinema goes to psychoanalysis" session takes place at the institute, located at Rua Professor Ayrton Roberto de Oliveira, 32, in room 1101, on the ground floor of the Laguna Corporate Center Building, in the Itacorubi neighborhood, in Florianópolis.

The film tells the story of Lola, who, in order to save the life of her boyfriend who is being threatened by a gangster, has twenty minutes to gather a large sum of money and take him to the other side of the city.
In her race against time, Lola is constantly delayed by unforeseen situations. The narrative aims to explore, among other aspects, the psychoanalytic concept of Repetition.
Throughout the narrative, the plot shows that at every step, the small choices the protagonist makes can completely change the outcome of the situation.
