Cozinha Show brings regional ingredients to a free event

This weekend, on March 15th and 16th, Cozinha Show will take place, a unique gastronomic experience at the Bistek supermarket, in the Abraão neighborhood, in Florianópolis.

With entry Free, The initiative will bring together renowned chefs and emblematic ingredients from Santa Catarina, promoting classes, tastings, a product fair, a photography exhibition and documentary screenings.

Created by the Food with History project, which values ​​regional gastronomy, this edition will highlight ingredients with Geographical Indication (GI) from Santa Catarina and its traditions, such as Blumenau sausage, Fuji apples from São Joaquim, artisanal Serrano cheese and yerba mate from the Northern Plateau of Santa Catarina, Goethe grapes, as well as high-altitude wines from SC, in addition to cachaça from Luiz Alves, Melato de Bracatinga honey from the Southern Plateau of Brazil and banana from Corupá.

- Main course: Beef tongue roast with yerba mate dry rub, Fuji apple roti, citron, Fuji apple pickles and canola  

14pm | IG Yerba Mate from the Northern Plateau of Santa Catarina
