With free admission, the Veras Cultural Center, in the Córrego Grande neighborhood, will inaugurate on October 17th, starting at 14 pm, the exhibition Ernesto Neto: Ananta Ananda, the artist's first solo show in the region.
The exhibition brings together themes present throughout her career, such as the body, nature, sensory experience, and the relationship between Brazilian and Indian cultural references.
With extensive international recognition, Ernesto Neto is one of the most prominent names in Brazilian contemporary art and presents three sculptures produced over the last ten years, shown for the first time in the capital.
The exhibition is part of the programming of the Veras Cultural Center, which was awarded the Funarte Prize for Support of Ongoing Actions – Visual Arts 2026–2027, from the Ministry of Culture.
