A clown show aimed at adults, with an 18-year age rating, "When we dance above the bonfires" will have a season of free performances in different theaters and cultural spaces in Florianópolis.
In an unconventional stage space, the trio formed by the clowns Gretta (Greice Miotello), Esmeralda (Débora de Matos) and the clown Jubi (Egon Seidler) enter into
scene and invite the audience to dive into a journey of suffocation and breathlessness.
The actors meet the audience at the center of the world to dance the air between the visible and
the invisible, weaving experiences that reinvent time. Ancestry, a sense of community, affection, encounter, laughter, delicacy, and denunciation are some of the themes explored in the work.
There will be a sign language interpreter present in three of the four presentations, which are
always open to the public.
