A city submerged by the dam carries the memories of Teresa and Antônio, who, upon taking in an abandoned child, embark on a journey through the roads of the Ceará hinterland. This is how it is "The Sky is Heavier", an award-winning film that touches on universal themes such as loneliness, work, violence and solidarity. Described as "a poetic allegory of a Brazil in ruins" by Bravo! Magazine, the film has moved audiences wherever it goes.
The feature film will be shown for free at "Project About Living: The Worker's Cinema".
The session will be on Wednesday (4), at 19 pm, at the Union of Civil Servants of the Judiciary of the State of SC (Sinjusc). There will be popcorn, soda and a debate for those who want to participate. Invite your friends and come to the last session of 2024 of this project, the result of a partnership between Fazendo Escola and LASTRO/UFSC.
