The international exhibition "Dyslexia: When Art" is open to the public until Thursday, October 16th. It brings together 33 artists from 12 countries (South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Spain, England, Ireland, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway and Portugal).
Focusing on the diversity of artistic expressions and the appreciation of neurodivergence as a creative force, the theme is "Gadgets," celebrating visual, poetic, and sensory inventions.
The exhibition will take place in the Lindolf Bell 2 Room of the Integrated Culture Center (CIC) with free admission. There will also be a screening of the film "Nômade" by Liz Reis on October 16th (Thursday), followed by a discussion about music and dyslexia with Renato Godá and Nadine Heisler – 7 p.m., in the MIS/SC Multimedia Room.
