Exhibition “Weaving dreams and possible paths”

Until this Friday, October 31st, the Santa Catarina Public Library hosts the exhibition "Weaving dreams and possible paths", curated by Arteiras do Somar, Cadu Lacerda and Susan Mariot.

The embroidery exhibition is free to visit until October 31, from 8 am to 19 pm. 

The public will be able to see the work of 33 embroiderers from different embroidery groups, residents of the cities of Garopaba, Florianópolis, Chapecó, São José, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and Bragança in Pará.

The pieces are inspired by the short story "The Weaver Girl", by Marina Colasanti, and the book illustrated by the Matizes Dumont group of the same work.
