FCC opens registration for the Santa Catarina Cultural Circuit Grant Program.

Applications for the Santa Catarina Cultural Circuit Notice, which the Santa Catarina Cultural Foundation (FCC) operates in the state with resources from the Aldir Blanc National Policy (PNAB) of the Federal Government, will be open from 0:01 on March 28, 2026 to 23:59 on April 27, 2026. Projects must be submitted exclusively through the online platform, at the following address: circuitocatarinensedecultura2026.fepese.org.br.

The Call for Proposals, valued at R$ 27.520.000,00, will support 507 proposals in four categories: Festivals and Exhibitions; Cultural Events or Presentations; Qualification and Training Actions; and Artistic and Cultural Actions. Projects in the areas of Performing Arts; Visual Arts; Music; Literature, Books and Reading; Audiovisual; Cultural Heritage, Tangible Heritage, Intangible Heritage, Museums, Archives, Libraries, Preservation and Conservation, Graphic Heritage; Popular and Traditional Cultures / Crafts; Identity and Peripheral Cultures; and Digital Culture / Art and Technology are eligible to participate.

The openings were distributed across regions of the state in order to guarantee decentralization, broaden the reach of public investment, and ensure that resources reach different territories of Santa Catarina. The call for proposals also includes quotas for Black people, Indigenous people, and people with disabilities, as well as mandatory accessibility measures in all proposals, strengthening inclusion and expanding access to culture throughout the state.

Any information, questions, and/or clarifications during the registration period up to the signing of the Execution Agreement and delivery of bank details will be handled exclusively via email at circuitocatarinensedecultura@fepese.org.br and must be sent no later than three business days before the closing date of the respective stage, according to the schedule available on the registration platform. Upcoming announcements

In the coming weeks, the FCC (Santa Catarina Cultural Foundation) is expected to launch two more calls for proposals related to the PNAB (National Policy for Cultural Activities). On April 4th, registration is scheduled to open for Revitaliza SC; and on April 11th, for the public call for Cultural Points and Hubs. In addition to these calls, the Foundation will also announce new initiatives with new releases until the end of April, expanding opportunities for support, promotion, and strengthening of Santa Catarina's culture.
