Literature and education meet in a space of sensitivity and reflection in the book “No chão da sala de aula” (On the floor of the classroom), by writer Ana Kelly Brustolin, which will be launched on Thursday, June 26, at the BADESC Cultural Foundation, in Florianópolis. With free admission, the event starts at 19 pm.
The writer explains that the work is made up of poems, chronicles, short stories and reflections on these steps on the classroom floor. “The book is not a technical or theoretical analysis of teaching practice, but a dive into the contradictions and paradoxes that are part of the routine of those who choose to teach and learn,” she shares.
Ana Kelly also emphasizes that the 78-page work published by Editora Insular is part of the Palavra de Mulher Series (volume 16) and in it the reader will find reflections that go beyond the pedagogical aspects and reach the deepest layers of what it means to 'be on this ground' today. The book will be available for purchase on the day of its launch.
