MULTI Open Shopping hosts the third edition of MULTI +Saúde, a free event dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and self-care. The program features lectures, workshops, free exams, guidance from healthcare professionals, and activities for the whole family.
The event starts on Friday (15), at 12 pm, with a fair and stands in the entrance hall, open until 22 pm. On Saturday (16), from 10 am, there will be a class, chats and workshops until the evening, and on Sunday (17) the activities start at 11 am with a Yoga class, ending at 20 pm.
For children, there's free recreation in the playground on Fridays and Saturdays, starting at 18:30 p.m., as well as the MULTI+ Family space with fun workshops for parents and children. Some workshops and activities require advance registration, which can be done through multiopenshopping.com.br or through the link in the @multiopenshopping bio.
The musical program also livens up the event: on Friday (15), Pedro Coelho Trio presents Rock and Blues classics; on Saturday (16), Augusto Bon Vivant brings reinterpretations of Blues and Country; and on Sunday (17), Djalma70's DJ set closes the program.
MULTI +Saúde is organized by MULTI Open Shopping, sponsored by MultiCare, Acustika Hearing Aids, Redesplus Dentistry, Espaço Binah, Comunica and Actualle, and supported by MultiMed, MultiVisão and Telex.
