Around 20 students from the “Educating with Music” project, from Camerata Florianópolis, who are part of the children's orchestra “Camerata Encantada”, will take to the stage at Viva a Lagoa this Saturday (7), at 16:40 pm, to perform the songs “Tema da Sinfonia do Novo Mundo”, “Suite Apollo” and “Sakura, Sakura”. The conductors will be Victor Gabriel Lanzoni Alves and Maurício Souza. 

The show is part of the 10th edition of the Festival, which promises to liven up the region throughout the month of September. With free admission, the concert will be held at Praça Bento Silvério.  

Since September 2022, “Educating with Music” has been providing students from public schools in the capital with classical instrument lessons. The project is formed by the Orquestra Camerata Encantada, which brings together the classes and all string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass and guitar).

The project made possible through the Santa Catarina Culture Foundation (FCC) / Government of Santa Catarina has Pablo Assi as executive producer, Carolina Quadro as pedagogical coordinator, Maurício Souza as artistic director and Maria Elita Pereira as general director.
