The Florianópolis Center gains a new color during the pandemic, with a large mural that has a female figure at its center, a personification of an ancestral spirit responsible for maintaining the balance of nature through creation/destruction. The panel, an initiative of the Street Art Tour, will open this Thursday, July 30th.
Signed by the artist Rodrigo Rizo, the work Natureza do Desterro is 10 meters wide by 33,5 meters high and is a tribute to the flora and fauna of Florianópolis. It is located at the top of Rua Felipe Schmidt, nº 554, on the side wall of the Hotel Zip.
To celebrate the date, at 20 pm, there is a live chat on social media of the movement, with the creators of the project: Rodrigo Rizo, Marina Tavares and Arturo Valle Junior.
In the chat, the topics will be the newly completed mural, urban art in the Capital, the movement's agenda for 2020 and other news. It will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and ask questions to the artist and producers.
