With the arrival of the June festivities, Square SC is preparing to open the calendar of Arraias around the city and lights the bonfire of joy and tradition, transforming itself into a true arraial that promises to celebrate the country culture. On June 6, from 17:30 pm to 22 pm, Arraiá Square SC will have fun, flavor and art, offering an unforgettable June experience and, best of all, with free admission.
Already considered the best June festival in the region, the event promises a rich and diverse program, designed to delight all ages. Visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of delicacies at the typical food stalls, which include classics such as aromatic mulled wine, paçoca, cornmeal cake, coconut candy and much more. At the same time, the Arte Viva Fair will showcase the talent of local artisans, with handmade products and exclusive pieces. For those seeking adventure and laughter, the mechanical bull awaits the bravest, while fishing and other traditional games guarantee fun for children and adults.
Also during the party, there will be a performance of the traditional Boi de Mamão, a folkloric cultural event from Santa Catarina that enchants with characters, interactive dances and captivating music. As the night progresses, creativity and good humor will be celebrated in the long-awaited "Most Beautiful Jeca" contest, which will award prizes to the most authentic and fun costumes, inviting everyone to embrace the country spirit. And to liven up each moment, the Banda Quarteto Pé de Cabra will perform authentic forró pé de serra, with a contagious rhythm that will make everyone dance and celebrate until the last minute of the event.
