A musical journey inspired by The Magic FluteWolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Papageno and Papagena – A Musical Journey" arrives in six cities in Santa Catarina between August 14th and 20th. The Villa Duo, formed by violinist Waleska Sieczkowska and cellist Anderson Fiorelli, combines live concert music, illustrations, costumes, and humor in a show aimed at the whole family.
In the story, the characters Papageno and Papagena travel through different countries in search of a lost pan flute, passing through places like Argentina, France, Russia, Germany, and Brazil. Illustrations by Rafaela Creczynski Pasa are projected during the presentation and help to visually construct the scenes of the journey.
The repertoire includes works by Mozart, Bernhard Romberg, Scott Joplin, Carlos Gardel, Prokofiev, Benjamin Godard, Alan Ridout, and Zequinha de Abreu.
Em FlorianópolisThe performance will take place on August 20th at 15 PM at the Álvaro de Carvalho Theater (TAC). The show will also be performed in Joaçaba, Videira, Araranguá, Tubarão, and São José. In the latter city, the performance will be exclusively for students from the municipal school system.
