
The public of Greater Florianópolis will have a weekend full of attractions to check out at Continente Shopping. The program begins on Friday, the 24th, with the presentation of the children's musical 'The Adventures of Lilo', and continues on Saturday, the 25th, and Sunday, the 26th, with the special martial arts event.
One of the most renowned children's classics in the world of animation will come to life and delight children this Sunday, the 26th, at Continente Shopping. The musical "Adventures of Lilo" will be held in the resort's Central Square from 17pm. The play tells the story of Lilo, a girl who is preparing for a hula performance, the traditional Hawaiian dance. She didn't expect aliens to be looking for her best friend, Stitch, to take him away. Faced with this situation, Lilo will be challenged to overcome obstacles and learn valuable lessons about friendship and perseverance.
The musical features actors as the main characters, as well as a mini set to complete the fantasy."It will be another opportunity for the family to have fun together in our shopping mall, exploring a universe of colors, music and adventures. We invite everyone to experience this unique and special moment with the children," highlights Continente Shopping's Marketing Manager, Fabio Quintana.
The Martial Arts event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, in Praça Central, commemorating the anniversary of the institutions MAS Pedra Branca and Associação Palhoça de Karatê (APK). The event will be held in Central Square and begins with Taekwondo, on the 25th from 10:30 am, with the collar exam, followed by the Dragons Tournament at 14 pm. At 15pm, there will be a class for juniors aged 3 to 6, with exams for juniors aged 7 to 11 at 16pm. Adults will have a class at 17pm, followed by exams for adults over 12 years old at 18pm, and, finally, the black belt exams at 19pm. On the 26th, the martial art will be Karate, and will begin at 14pm with a special class for children. At 15pm, there will be a special class for children and interaction with APK students. At 16pm, a Kumitê (fighting) class will be held for APK's high-performance athletes, with interaction with MAS students. At 17:30 pm, the APK children's group will perform Kata (Forms) and Kumitê (fighting). Interaction with the public will take place at 18:30 pm, and the closing will be at 19:15 pm.
