This weekend (12/13 and 10), children will be able to celebrate their birthday with an exciting space adventure promoted especially by Jurerê OPEN, in Jurerê in_. During these two days, there will be workshops on making and launching NASA-themed rockets. It will be a unique opportunity for children to feel like real astronauts and scientists for a day, in addition to learning about the universe in a fun and playful way. The classes start at 13:19 p.m. and the last one will be at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., and they will all last one hour. The event will begin with a showing of the video “Journey to the Cosmos,” to further arouse the public’s interest. This will be followed by a rocket-building workshop, where children will choose the pieces and decorations to make it more personalized. Simple, sustainable, and biodegradable materials are used in the activity.
Next comes the most anticipated moment: the launch, which will take place in open space, and the artifacts can reach up to 20 meters in height. At the end, each participant will receive a Space Engineer medal. In addition, the little ones will be able to explore a museum of real rockets (in scale) and interact with an inflatable astronaut, who is a favorite for photos. All activities will be led by aerospace engineer and founder of Outer Space, João Pedro Sandrin Golynski, who has extensive experience in international competitions.
The project is part of the Space Week Brazil program, an event organized by Founder Haus and JUPTER, and sponsored by Grupo Habitasul and Congresso Latinoamericano de Satélites. It takes place from October 5 to 12 and brings together the main names in the Brazilian space ecosystem.
Leisure and culture - Children's Day Saturday will also feature many other attractions at Jurerê OPEN, such as recreation with Boi de Mamão characters, face painting, balloon sculptures and many other games. For adults, the tip for the weekend is to enjoy the musical shows and the dance class, which take place from Friday to Sunday. (In case of rain, the attractions may be canceled).
