The month of December will be marked by the Christmas program at Continente Shopping, which promotes attractions for all audiences to enjoy the magic of the date. On Tuesday, the 5th, the last Christmas Parade of the year will be held, starting at 19pm. The traditional parade of Christmas characters that walk through the halls and share the joy of the Christmas spirit with the public is accompanied by a band of little soldiers that plays classics of the season, and ends in the Central Square of the development. 

On the 5th there will also be another presentation of the Christmas choirs, this time with the team from Colégio Movhi, and on Saturday, the 09th, it will be Colégio Dom Jaime's turn to perform. The performances take place at 19pm, in Praça Central, with a capella singing of traditional hymns that evoke the spirit of the time. 

The last edition of the Christmas Workshops will also take place over the weekend, on the 09th and 10th of December. In a playful way, the attraction will teach little ones how to make Christmas cookies from 14pm to 18pm, in the Mundo Kids space, in front of the Magazineluiza store and next to Samsung. Registration will be carried out on site free of charge. 

Dream Tree 

Furthermore, the spirit of solidarity will also be present with the classic charitable action 'Tree of Dreams', which returns in 2023 to Continente Shopping. The project, which encourages solidarity and brings the magic of Christmas to children in vulnerable situations, will have a partnership with AEMFLO (Business Association of the Metropolitan Region of Florianópolis) and CDL-SJ (Chamber of Store Managers of São José) and will benefit the Dorcas and Casalar Emaús Project.

The Dream Tree will be close to the concierge, decorated with information cards with the child's name, age and institution, which can be taken out to choose a gift. On the back of the card there will be a blank space reserved for a message from the person giving the gift. The card and gift must be delivered to the concierge desk. The action will be available until December 15th.
