Students, teachers, artists and the general public interested in topics related to culture, language and artistic expression can register to participate in the Zine Colageria Workshop, which will be taught by Pati Peccin and promoted by the BADESC Cultural Foundation, in Florianópolis. Registration is free and can be done until October 14th. The minimum age to participate is 12 years old.

According to Pati Peccin, in the workshop, participants will experience the creation of a fanzine and will produce collages with the proposed theme. “A fanzine is an alternative publication with a small print run and printed by hand. It is produced by a group of people to address related themes, forming part of counterculture movements. This workshop will address sociocultural themes so that participants can establish a dialogue based on their own universe, creating languages that adapt to each person’s style,” she shares.

With a workload of 6 hours, the workshop will be held over two days, on October 22nd and 24th, and at the end, each participant will be able to take home a copy of the fanzine.

Registrations can be made using the form available at website fundacaoculturalbadesc.com or accessed through the link available in the bio of @fundacaobadesc. The BADESC Cultural Foundation is located at Rua Visconde de Ouro Preto, 216, in downtown Florianópolis.
