The tour starts at the meeting point of Stairs of the Metropolitan CathedralNext, the itinerary explores the center of Florianópolis and its historical landmarks.
There, the story of the indigenous groups that gave rise to Florianópolis, in addition to details from the 17th century, a time marked by arrival of the Portuguese and the slaves who came from Africa.
In addition, the tour tells the story of the Cruz e Sousa Palace, former headquarters of State government, and the XV de Novembro Square. It also runs through the Customs Square to get to Public market.
It also tells the city's dark history by appreciating the facade of the church of Our Lady of the Rosary of Black Men.
Finally, a walk to the Alvaro de Carvalho Theater, to appreciate the architecture, as well as going to the Hercilio Luz Avenue to get to Santa Barbara Fort and Miramar Memorial.
The tour lasts two hours with a guide who also speaks Spanish and French. The tour does not accept groups of more than 6 people, even with separate reservations.
