O Dom Piero, a restaurant known for combining family tradition and haute cuisine, is celebrating its nine-year history with a special festival this month in São José. The celebration takes place this Saturday, starting at noon, in the restaurant's outdoor parking lot. Shopping Itaguaçu, next to the gym.
Led by siblings Pedro (Piero) and Mary Brand, the event will be a true spectacle for barbecue lovers. Attendees will enjoy premium open-air food, including prime cuts cooked over an open fire, as well as the famous Ferris wheel of ribs—a hallmark of Pedro's events, a national reference in the field.
On the menu, delicacies such as Tomahawk, Chorizo Steak, Lamb Rack, Flank Steak, Texan Rump, Pork Rack, Blumenau Sausage, special sides and even a fruit and vegetable rack.
The party's soundtrack will be provided by rock bands Cavaleiros Ni and Black Sheep, as well as country music by Lucas Bittencourt.
